"My achilles has been a slow heal but it is getting better. I can not tell you how important the A-line is to my recovery. I only have one pair so I switch it between shoes, boots, ski boots. If I get lazy and don't put in an A-Line my leg will start to ache. With the Aline the stability helps me to work / play / ski / work out without pain.... except when the achilles is just going to be a bitch.
