Luke Mitrani

2002 USASA National Slopestyle and Halfpipe champion

Raised in Vermont, Mitrani basically grew up in the snow. He started hitting the slopes on a snowboard when he was just 6-years-old. Right now, Mitrani lives in Mammoth Lakes, California, in the Burton house, with various other pro boarders.

In 2002, Mitrani was the U.S. Open, Boys Junior Jam, and halfpipe champion, and also was the USASA National Halfpipe and Slopestyle Champion the same year. In 2004, Mitrani won the Norwegian World Championships and the Burton European Open in both slopestyle and halfpipe for his age class.

He is also involved in the filming for the new Burton Team movie "Thanks in Advance."
